As entertaining as sitting in a hotel room all day should be, Vianne is bored out of her mind. It's never a good idea to leave puppies unattended, and a young werewolf is no exception. The other two had gone somewhere for the day, and as large and comfy as the suite was, Vianne had run out of things to do hours ago. Of course, she had taken the liberty of going through everybody's things while alone. As much fun as snooping around had been, she hadn't really found anything too exciting... Beyond some fun looking clothes she'd tried on. Even that had grown old after thirty minutes, however. At least she had found a pair of nice slim-fitting jeans and a pretty green shirt to parade around in before they returned. Someone's black boots looked good on her too.
Currently stretched out with her back to the bed, her legs hang off the edge at the knee. Her arm lifts and a finger absentmindedly clicks the forward button on the remote. Next. Next. Next. There was never anything good on these channels. One can only watch so many episodes of Phineas and Ferb at a time. Besides, sitting still just watching T.V. got boring after a while too.
"I'm boooored." She says to the ceiling. "So boooooored." The redhead sighs before finally moving to her feet. Maybe she could snoop through all their things again, but she'd already done that. Augh. What do?
Lazy blue eyes glance at the window, and a sign catches her attention. Those eyes light up as the excited girl makes some odd high pitched noise. Squee! Oh my 'Lanta, a Waffle House! The yellow and black sign strikes up a fond memory. There had been one back home, not far from her house. How many times had her mother taken her there? She misses it. All of it... That's it, she's going!
Why not go to WaHo? It'd solve her boredom problem, and feed her good food... After all, they hadn't exactly told her word for word to stay right here in this room. Not like they owned her or anything either. She'll likely be back long before they are anyway. Brilliant! Vianne is so brilliant! Suddenly, the girl's all smiles and venturing back into one of the bedrooms. She had found a nice wad of cash in a sock drawer earlier, and no one would miss a twenty, right? Naw, with a suite this nice, they could afford to feed her on this outing. Yay, justification! So she stuffs the bill into the back pocket of her borrowed jeans.
Ready to explore, her hand reaches for the doorknob, but she suddenly remembers that she doesn't have a room key. Darn, well... She'll leave the door slightly open. Just a crack. What was the worst that could happen? Brilliant again, Vianne!
Off she goes, down the hall, takes the elevator, and walks out onto the street. Without hesitation, Vianne walks right on over to the Waffle House, since the little restaurant happens to be adjacent to the posh hotel. Huh, the WaHo had probably been her way before they had built the hotel. Nevertheless, the werewolf welcomes the heartwarming familiarity of the place.
The poor girl has been through hell in the past month, but as Vianne tends to do, she merely accepts whatever comes her way and moves on in time. She's come to grips with what she is, but mostly tries to think about other, happier things. Like it'll go away.
The young werewolf takes little time in finding a booth and plopping her happy self down. Legs folded in the seat with her, the redhead girl curls up comfortable in the booth, rather than sitting in it like a normal person. A waitress would be over before long, but Vianne didn't mind looking around from where she sat. Look, they even had an old jukebox, just like home! How could someone not love this place? How could anyone not love the waffles? Sure enough, a waitress asks and Vi beams up at the woman like her life hasn't been changed drastically in the last two months, "I'd like a waffle with chocolate and peanut butter chips. And whipped cream too please! Oh, and chocolate milk." Of course she'll add a river of syrup to her magnificent creation as well. The waitress ambles off to add her order to the mix. Oh, a glorious sugar rush is on the horizon! Come too mama, dear sweet goodness of a waffle.
She squirms excitedly in her chair and twirls a piece of hair while she waits. Simply because she's Vianne, the girl throws a ginger strand over her upper lip and pretends it's a mustache. Heehee, she is the king of all things waffle~
