The Underground is a collection of catacombs, pipes, and abandoned subway tunnels that run under the entire city of Boston. It may be entered from any number of passages from throughout the city, and varies within from crumbling and forgotten stretches of concrete to disgusting pools of sewage and vast natural caverns. This area is for creatures who must hide from the general human populace - or have simply chosen to lurk in the darkness. It is considered extremely dangerous.
Want to claim this territory? Players interested in taking over may establish interest in-character and PM a request to Nathan to establish a pack, coven, or other group as the authority in the Underground.
Places of Note
The Belfry: Though not a Belfry in any sense, this is one of the better-known and more permanent "shops" within the underground. Any number of occult, cursed, and otherwise dangerous items bay be found here, carefully maintained by a small but knowledgeable staff of varying species and managed by an unknown procurer. Located in a forgotten and half-collapsed subway terminal and only assessable from one dimly-lit entrance. Theft is highly inadvisable - the ceilings of the shop are strung with severed and carefully preserved hands.
The Cauldron: A cavernous pit built of natural earth and stone and carved deep into the bedrock beneath the city, the Cauldron is a frequent gathering place for inhabitants - and curious visitors - of the Underground. It has dozens of entrances and operates something like an open market, though none of the wares being sold here will ever seem at home on the surface. Vast pathways are carved along the walls, and it is lit eerily by a collection of torches and stolen electricity siphoned off from the city's main lines.
Own a business in the Underground? ...well that's weird, as there are no traditional shops down in a bunch of sewers. However, the Underground is known to be a place for private and illegal deals - often in magical or other occult items - and your character may still eke out a piece of territory as its own. PM the following form to an administrator to create a new Underground location.

Location Name: The name of your shop, bar, creepy basement, etc.
Location Owner: The character of yours that owns this place.
Location Description: Let people who want to set threads here get a feel for the location! What’s it look like? Smell or sound like? If it’s a business, what are the hours of operation? Anything you can think of that helps establish setting is welcome – but try to keep it brief.
